Bettcher Manufacturing, L.L.C. announces Carlos Aleman as the new Quality Manager. Aleman brings over 20+ years of quality management experience to Bettcher.
His most recent role was with Dynacast as their Quality Manager working in their Orange County, California location. Aleman’s responsibilities included leading the quality organizational structure for the locations in California and Tijuana, Mexico and oversaw the entire quality process from production to final product, including supplier quality assurance, receiving inspection, calibration and in process final inspection.
Carlos received a Master’s of Science Degree and Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Nuevo Leon, Monterrey, Mexico.
As Bettcher’s Quality Manager, Aleman will plan, direct and coordinate all the customer quality satisfaction tasks to ensure tasks are completed accurately, on time and on budget.
Aleman resides in Mission, Texas with his family. With the addition of Aleman’s broad experience in quality, Bettcher will continue to offer the highest level of product quality.
