Bettcher Manufacturing Acquires New Laser

Bettcher Manufacturing, L.L.C. has acquired a Mazak 2.0KW Laser Cutting System for their manufacturing facility in Reynosa, Mexico. The equipment and technology will give Bettcher another capability in the metal forming industry.

Bettcher presently markets metal formed products using blanking/stamping, machining, welding and fabrication operations and equipment.

Incorporating this new capability allows Bettcher to offer superior performance in thin-gage mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum, while delivering more predictable processing day after day.

This fiber laser will target metal formed products with lower annual volumes and eliminates the need for hard tooling.
